Question of Beauty
Mreh.. i dont know man, sometimes i really dont know what to say to kick this entry off.
i had to take aunt and grandmother out again today but before i did, Clarice and i went down to Simply Toys to check out whether the Van Helsing figurines had come in - they hadnt. but yayness, they'll be getting the Coronation gift pack for about $45 for members so thats good. whee! i cant wait!
the oddest thing happened on the way back to the mrt station through the underpass. just as we walk into the station, a girl stops us and says she's a talent/model scout and they're looking for girls, and then goes on to ask me if i'd like to come down for an interview.. so yea, i'm meeting with them tomorrow at 3.30pm.
what pissed me off though and made me feel really bad down to my very core was the way the scout totally ignored Clarice. i think its wrong to stop a group/pair of friends and then just single out one person cos it makes the other(s) feel bad and the one person feel very uncomfortable.
besides, its not that Clarice is not attractive. i personally think she's very pretty. and i'm not just saying that.. i never just say things. i mean that sincerely..
and i'm still trying to figure out what the heck that scout saw in me. heck i wasnt even dressed up like i was last night. i was only wearing jeans, sandals, a black strapped top and had my hair in a ponytail. even my lipstick was a barely there shade of pink. so what in Primus' name did she see? beats me, all i can say...
anyways.. all that aside.. i bought yet another Pony. i know i know, too many Ponies already, but they're just so cute. i swear, just one more and i'll stop - really! and i bought Thor's Transformer and got a free Autobot-logo wallet with it! yay!!! i love free stuff... heh, who doesnt?
