Horse Crazy
Ha! i'm finally getting around to doing this. distractions distractions... sigh =)
i was watching "Selena" on Sunday night and for anyone who hasnt seen this movie: shame on you. this is a very touching bio-movie about a great up and coming Latin-American singer. sure Jennifer Lopez is in it, but as this is before she became a Diva, her acting is quite good. and the music is lovely.
i also couldnt help thinking that Selena's relationship with her guitarist Chris reminded me a bit of Thor's and mine. got alot to get through..
other than that, sunday morning i dragged Clarice and Fiona down to Clarke Quay.. sign.. why oh why did i go? so many cool TF toys down there and i was flat broke *sobs* i did manage to get another miniature Jazz (i cant help it! i love that Bot!) and Clarice spotted a miniature pair of a Unicorn and a Pegasus that i had to get too.
Saturday: Clarice, Maryann and myself took our discount coupons and went down to Kino on another book-shopping spree. bought 3 more horse books based on the "Spirit of the Cimarron" series. yes yes! i admit! i am horse/unicorn mad. happy now? there i said it. i just keep cleaning out my wallet (which btw is a brand, spanking new TF wallet with a nice big Autobot symbol on it) on book! i've never bought so many books in such a short time frame before. and just when i think i can finally pay for the remaining 4 books i have on reserve, out pops yet another fantasy trilogy on horses! its a conspiracy i tell you!!!
Did i mention there was a TF unicorn? mwahahahahahaha!
i've been meaning to type this but i just kept getting distracted by other things: BACKSTREET'S GOT A NEW SONG!!!!
its called "Beautiful Woman" and it ROCKS! Primus i cannot WAIT for their new album!
