7:46 p.m. - 2004-07-02 well i met up with Becca today. i missed her when she came down to the Exhibition - she had to pick a sunday - so i was seeing her today after ages. mreh.. it was good man. had to go down to Far East Plaza to pick up two more of the books i had place on order (only two more to get now.. gah! need money) and then had a nice lunch at Sakura - Damn i love their food and i think they're seeing me as a regular now. well yea, if the food's good of course i'll be a regular. anyways after that i had to accompany her down to her school which was right at the other end of Orchard Road. now if i'm not wrong the entire stretch of Orchard Road is about 1km long more or less. O.O oh slagging hell.. i walked 1km?? geez... dunno if thats a good or bad thing. anyways in doing that i managed to pit stop at OG and got the final Pony in the My Little Pony Jewel series. yay! i spend too much. so it started drizzling and we were forced to take a bus the rest of the way to her school.. Raffles Hotel is quite a nice place i must say, eventhough i only saw the outside. apparently its a landmark. after that it was off to Bras Basah Complex to help her pick up some art supplies. man they have alot of second-hand bookstores there. *Question* Am i becoming a book-whore? *Answer* you think?! oh and Clarice, if you're reading this... i found a spiffy, brand, spanking new copy of the Making of Van Helsing. Damn girl, even i was drooling over it. got pics, sketches, the works, even the bloody script!!! The catch? it costs $50. but i think its slagging worth it.. its a must buy and there were like only 2 copies left. you gotta get that man. and its a book! its screaming READ ME!! lol! so after leaving Bras Basah, we headed down to.. mreh Primus knows where. i have no idea where the heck we went next, all i know was that Becca needed to get something high-quality color printed so it was another long walk checking the various stores that offered the service. she finally found one place and decided to use their services, mainly because she thought the guys were hot. hahahaha. ok then.. ahhh i'm so glad to be back home again. and i have no fragging clue as to why i'm so tired. cant be the walking, i'm used to that by now. and frag-dammit! why is it that stores around here keep making clothes that fit only really skinny people? i stopped by This Fashion to try and buy me a nice casual-looking dress, and i did find a pretty one, but argh!! it didnt fit. it was stretchy, yea, but it also made me look fat. bleh. this has to be discrimination of some sort! how the frag can they call that "One size fits all" when the thing barely fits me?!?!?! and lets not even talk about the decency factor of some of those clothes. some of them look so incredibly slutty, its not even funny. mreh.. i think i'll just give up on the idea of me EVER having a nice casual dress.
