Different Tastes
i do hate thunderstorms.. the rain i dont mind, the wind i actually love, but i LOATHE thunder and lightning, just hate it.
So i was supposed to take Tash and Mihika (the girl she's staying with) out to Sentosa today, but because of said thunderstorm we had to change plans and i would up accompanying them to the City Hall area instead, since all the shopping centers are accessed by underground passages.
so we went over to Raffles City first... now i like Tash alot, i've been good friends with her since school days, and Mihika seems like a very nice person.. its just that, well... they're richer.
now i have nothing against people having more money than i do. i'm satisfied with what i have, and its not like they flaunt their money or anything. its just that they dont share the same interests i do. they're more into clothes, shoes and cosmetics, whereas i'm more of a books, toys, cds person. so just looking at racks and racks of clothes i would never in a million years be able to afford is just, well... boring. even if i could afford it i'd rather spend the money on a Transformer or Pony or a book or something. i still have 4 books on reserve, waiting for me to buy them.
Ah and i finally finished "Little White Horse". oh man! its such a charming little book. if you love horses and old fashioned fantasy, you have GOT to read this. its just plain adorable!
now the dilemma lies in which book to start on next. I HATE DECISIONS!! The story concepts in my head are screaming "Write Me!" the books are screaming "Read Me!" Slagging Hell! all of you shut the frag up!!!
speaking of fragging things. Sideswipe and Sunstreaker are being suspiciously quiet. all things are calm on my toy shelf and i wonder for how long its going to hold. Prowl's doing his best to at least keep Sideburn away from the Lambo twins, but Tracks is stuck between the Twins and Jazz and not liking it one bit. i still havent given Sunstreaker his hands though.
