Happy Birthday Fiona!
sometimes there's nothing that makes me happier than seeing the smile and happiness on someone else's face when they open a gift i've given and find something inside that they've been longing for.
today was Fiona's birthday to i decided to take her out to celebrate. mreh.. i got her age wrong. i thought she was turning 16 or 17 when she's only turning 15. hehe, she looks much older though. anyways i took her first to the Toy Sale at Taka for her to get her Hellsing toys, too bad they only had one of the two she wanted.
blah.. Clarice got lucky with her Van Helsing toys again so i bought another lot for her. hehe.. damn you C! =)
we were running a little late so soon after we left Taka we rushed down to Plaza Singapura to get tickets to Ella Enchanted (and i dont care what anybody says, i like that movie). i must say we got pretty good seats, so we watched that while munching on Pastamania Potato Salad.. yummy.
Then we went down to Swensens to feast on some ice cream. as it was Fiona's birthday, she was able to get a free sundae. mwahahahaha so we ordered two chocolate-laden sundaes, plus the free one. lol! the guy serving us was pretty skeptical about us finishing off 3 ice cream sundaes between the 2 of us. never underestimate a chocolate-addicted Hobbit, especially if that Hobbit is a Took. teehee. we polished it off alright.
i didnt think i'd be able to eat anything after that but apparently i have my Hobbit appetite today so i'm now eating pizza for dinner. mreh.. and i wonder why i'm not losing any weight.
Fiona loved the giftses tho. hehe, shoulda seen her squeeing as she opened everything. lol and i swear, some of the things we talked about were just downright strange. think Gollum designing his own range of designer loincloths. *ROTF*...
hehe so i think she had a happy birthday.
mreh.. i'd rather spend time with her or Clarice than with Maryann anyday. at least with them i'm not subjected to endless bitching and moaning...
