Technology Hates Me
i really dont think i'm cut out to be a cashier.
Today i went down to help Gary at Rapid Culture, and to learn how to operate the cash register system, since i'll be working at RC for two weeks with Yan Jie when Gary goes to indonesia.
lets just say technology and i will never be good friends. i can handle money just fine, its just that when it comes to working a fancy cash register.. ok i panicked. Gary left for a moment and left me in charge and at that point a whole slew of customers comes in... so i accidentally scanned one item in twice (big no-no) cos one customer didnt want too much small change... doh!
and the NETS machine didnt like me too much either. it kept screwing up whenever i tried to use it. sheesh.
other than that though i think i did ok. i just need a little more practise with the system to build up some confidence. i also got Alt Meister, i just have to pay Gary back.
yes i know i already have Binaltech Meister and Alt Meister is just the plastic version, but i wanted him for when Mommimus send me the BT Jazz labels. dont wanna spoil the 'Snowflake White Pearl Mica' paint on my BT.
and i owe Jean money for buying me LOTR Risk. GAH! someone teach me how to play Risk!!
now all i need is to get the Red Mazda RX-8 aka Zoomy and i'll be able to do some cool stuff with the two of 'em.

choir has a double mass tmr, Feast of Christ the King at 11am and the Rite of Confirmation at 6pm.... both are wear-robe masses too. should be fun.
