A Small Recap
yes i know i have neglected to update this thing.. put it down to fatigue and sheer laziness if you want to..
well my last day of working at RC was on friday, cos Gary came back on Saturday, so i decided to treat myself with my pay and bought a BT Smokescreen. my BT/ALT Autobots are now complete for the year and ready for the new ones next year, beginning with Windcharger.
sunday was our final choir practise before Christmas... boy did we go at it. by the time it was over every frigging muscle that contributed to my vocal chords ached like slag. lungs hurt, throat hurt, diapragm hurt, stomach hurt, legs hurt, back hurt.. ah heck, pretty much everything hurt.. singing Descant is not easy... plus the new organist was whaling on the damn thing and we were standing right under the speakers, so at one point we were all but screaming to be heard.
Primus i hope we can manage it all on the actual date itself. plus i'll be wearing robes and heels.. yikes.. God grant me strength!
last Wednesday i went over to KY's place to watch the ROTK Extended on his rather big tv. man it was so cool.. lots of new Pippin, Merry, Eowyn stuff which i LOVED and i think i'm in love with Eowyn now... her Houses of Healing scene with Aragorn and Faramir was so great.. and she just kicks ass!
went out with KY again today..wanted to go see the ACJC choir perform at Esplanade.. managed to catch the last half of it. forgive me if i sound, well, arrogant, but we're so much better!
KY got me two Jazz's for Christmas.. *GLOMPS* Thank You!!! one of them - the Pretenders Jazz - we actually rescued. he's in pretty bad condition, but he's still a Jazz, and at least i can take care of him now, so thats why i went for it. the other is wrapped up and under the Tree. have decided not to open it till X'mas Day.
