Christmas Weekend recap
Its a brand-spankin' new year folks..
and i just couldnt be bothered to celebrate... how could i? not with over 150,000 people dead in the region (honestly if you have no idea what i'm talking about, go watch the news). and even without that, was there really a whole lot to celebrate anyways? i mean its just another year ended and another one begun.
wow arent i just one big ray of sunshine?
anyways.. i do have to say that Christmas was a heck of alot better this year.. our church choir Cantata went off without a hitch.. for all the fears we had about screwing up, i know in my heart that when we finally stood up together as a group and started singing, we sounded beautiful.
but yikes man... we pretty much had to sing three days in a row and by the end of it, i just know all of us wound up with strained voices. Bernard himself said that if we had to do one more mass, all of us might have just collapsed.
i love my RC boys!!! *glomp hugs KY and Yan Jie* they gave me rockin' X'mas prezzies! KY gave me the gold-plated 'Electrum' Jazz and YJ gave me Swift Heart Rabbit. Thanks guys!!!
